Our deposit policy
For all our projects,
We kindly request a **deposit upfront **in most cases.From 10%- 40% of the final price to secure your booking and allow us to procure the high-quality materials needed for your project. This ensures we can maintain our standards of quality, design, and a professional finish from the very beginning.
In other certain circumstances we retain a one off booking Fee of £60 upwards that won't exceed 5% of the final bill this is usually the case in larger projects to ensure a placement and cover quotations pricing collection and organisation of materials and expenses rendered getting boots on the ground on location.
This is a seperate fee not a deposit non refundable one off payment .We use this to ensure Callander dates are met you will have an opportunity to rebook if problems with keeping the date arise fare warn and plenty of time are advisable to rearrange to best keep in with the completion date of the project.
7 days from initial booking you will be able to change your booking dates for zero charge we give a complimentary rebook service although completion dates will likely vary 1 rebook to each client is free of charge and any further rebooking may incur another fee due to spaces and availability.

When a Deposit is paid through bank reference we will send you a receipt in the form of a message The remaining balance is typically due upon satisfactory completion of the work.
