For All Our Projects.

We Kindly request a **deposit upfront **

in most cases.

From 10%- 40% of the final price to secure your booking and allow us to procure the high-quality materials needed for your project.

This ensures we can maintain our standards of quality, design and a professional finish from the very beginning.

In other certain circumstances we will retain a one off booking Fee of £60 upwards that won't exceed 5% of the final bill this is usually the case in larger projects to ensure a placement and cover quotations pricing, collection and organisation of materials and expenses rendered getting boots on the ground on location.

This is a seperate fee not a deposit and a non refundable one off payment.

We use this to ensure Callander dates are met you will have an opportunity to rebook if there are problems with keeping the date.

Fare warn and plenty of time are advisable to rearrange to best keep in with the completion date of the project.

Seven days from initial booking you will be able to change your booking dates for zero charge we give a complimentary rebook service although completion dates will likely vary 1 rebook to each client is free of charge and any further rebooking may incur another fee due to spaces and availability.

 

Bank Transfers

When a Deposit is paid through bank transfer.

A reference will sent to you and receipt in the form of a message.

The remaining balance is typically due upon satisfactory completion of the work.

Klarna

Klarna Payments for installments can be arranged Easily.

Klarna Payments can be used in reciept of any deposit or first payment though the website portal.

Once the first payment and deposit is paid Klarna will cover the works and recover the debt through your banking app or shop.

Work will commence on the dates agreed.

We will send a link via email Wattsapp or QR code  the amount will appear with the selected options to pay via Klarnaon your device.

Installments are prompted on the link after accepting payment.

Klarna percentages are subject to there own policies and APR may vary.

We don't take any responsibility for any discrepancies or queries you may have with Klarna.

All payments have the option for you to view your percentages with another option to pay the same day for 0%APR.

Variables change the longer you choose to repay the instalments.

As our affiliate merchants they recover monies through thier own carriers and further details will be under your banking provider and or Klarna shop.

We take a small Fee from the works rendered to cover transaction fees through the provider
