This was a big tast to get through these two lovely old mills now turned into fresh apartments.

And lots of Intumiscent Paint Throughout on the old ceiling & steel works of Wier Mill.

MotelOne in Deansgate.

And a MotelOne next to Arndale Manchester.

They where snag jobs mostly and we refitted some vinyl wallpaper, Painted a very complex ceiling with hundreds of lighting fixtures and a dozen window reveals were all sharpened up for the client to enhance the ambiance.

Applicon House Stockport Town Centre.

Stunning refurbished entrance and staircase also a few office touch ups made this tight spaced entrance turn into a well lighted vibrant Welcoming Reception.

Open spaces left the Entrance suitable for guests and staff to stop and chat with a coffee before a long day in the office.

Buxton Pavilion.

This was a lovely summer project to be apart of in the heart of Derbyshire.

The Pavilion and Theatre a Historical Heritage site that required Months of deep preparation, Linseed putty and hardpack filler to rejuvenate the vintage sash windows and doors .

Itumesint Steel works and Drains were original and all expertly restored, With a fresh colour that invited the passer by to enjoy the craftsmanship that went into building these old versardes.

Lots of external works and internal painting on this beautiful historic Picture House & Theatre.

And now a newly refurbished market place.

There was lots of refurbishment on this complex.

A 200 year old lead dome was completely stripped back and replenished to high standard whilst preserving as much as the original structure as possible windows with original frames beautifully remastered to give a timeless look that suited its original features.

Inside the garden house the client chose bold colours and great light pallet shades that brought back this already loved building from the past to its new found glory!.

Great company to work for a few shop fits completed with a lightning quick turnaround has this reception looking more inviting and fresh for any new potential customers.

Upstairs had a full refurb and downstairs we made a lovely finish of this clad in the entrance and offices.

We were invited to.

Manchester United's Ground to tidy up some of the venue rooms and revamp the changing rooms.

Unfortunately at the time the changing rooms were not allowed to be photographed as any copyright would have been a breach of contract although we allowed a few.

A complete revamp of this Luxury Penthouse brought to an exceptional standard.

This particular customer wanted second to none when it came to quality and detail.

This was a lovely customer with a penthouse in Deansgate we had to paper every angle and pillar prediction measurement was key to this paper

Jodderal Bank

This Customer held nothing back when it came to quality on this Job all the windows and conservortry were restored back to there best.

Kitchen Utility and dining room were all re painted.

And cupboards to match inner doors and another lovely Historical Heritage site we had the pleasure of working on.

The Original Propiotor sold his land so the University could build Joderal Bank Space Centre.

Missguided Clothing in Trafford Queys.

Couple of years spent maintaining this lovely building inside and out all the maintenance was taken care of .

At the time it was voted No3 for the best office to work in Europe was enjoyed working here.

We were running Maintenance for a while here and did lots of jobs throughout the complex.

Bathrooms foyer kitchens, office spaces, corridors, stairwells, basement, car park, staff rooms and lots of plumbing & electrical works to keep the property looked after & sleek.
